Having the courage to reflect is an important step in the personal development journey, as it provides insights into strengths and may also uncover aspects of personality and behaviour which are blinds spots and are having a negative impact on output, outcomes and relationships. Being authentic, vulnerable and open to hearing both ‘positive’ and ‘developmental’ feedback about yourself is an important step in the development process.
Our consultants are accredited in the use of selected psychometric assessments which are used to inform the commencement of coaching, facilitation, and other development solutions.
